Voice Response


The Voice Response system allows you telephone access to information about your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call from anywhere to check an account balance, see if a check has cleared, or transfer funds between accounts. Simply dial 662-1171 in the Devils Lake area, or 888-839-4489 from outside the area to access this convenient, free service for our members.

To use Voice Response, you will need to know your member base account number and PIN Number. If you have not been assigned a PIN Number or if you have forgotten it, contact your local Citizens Community Credit Union office for assistance.

Protect your PIN Number and treat it like gold. For your own security, you should never share your PIN Number with anyone or write it down in an obvious location. If you believe someone may have gained access to your PIN Number, you should change it immediately and monitor your account for unauthorized transactions.

Upon dialing the Voice Response number, listen carefully to the instructions. The system will tell you the options that are available.

Step 1) When prompted, enter your member base account number followed by the # key
Step 2) When prompted, enter your PIN number followed by the # key.
Step 3) Press the number for the menu you desire.

Listen carefully for further options. You may press * at any time to back up one level. If you would like further assistance with Voice Response, or a printed list of all the menu options, please contact your nearest Citizens Community Credit Union office.

Share accounts in federally insured credit unions are insured up to the Standard Maximum Share Insurance Amount (SMSIA), $250,000 as of October 3, 2008. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 increased the insurance coverage on all accounts up to $250,000 until December 31, 2009.
