Membership Share Account

This account establishes membership in the credit union. A minimum balance of $25.00 is required to continue as a credit union member. The Share Account makes you eligible to enjoy all of the services the credit union has to offer. Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid quarterly if the balance is over $100. Monthly withdrawal/transfer limits apply to this account type.

Daily Savings

A minimum balance of $100 is required to earn interest. Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid quarterly. You can deposit or withdraw funds as often as you like. An Instant Cash Card is available with this account.

Money Market Savings

The Money Market Savings account is set up with tiered levels to maximize your returns as your balance increases. You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $1,000.00 to earn dividends. Dividends are calculated on the daily balance and paid monthly. Monthly withdrawal/transfer limits apply to this account type.

$3,001 - 10,000  .65% APY
$10,001 - 25,000 .75% APY

Christmas/Vacation Club Savings Account

These special savings accounts include automatic monthly transfers from your other account(s) or your direct deposit to help you save for your Christmas shopping or Vacation needs. A transfer totaling your deposits plus your interest earned will be deposited to your transaction account during early November for the Christmas Savings and early June for the Vacation Savings.

Share accounts in federally insured credit unions are insured up to the Standard Maximum Share Insurance Amount (SMSIA), $250,000 as of October 3, 2008. The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 increased the insurance coverage on all accounts up to $250,000 until December 31, 2009.
